We continue our activities in the UK
We would like to inform our UK clients about the effect of Brexit on UK operations. From January 1st there is a temporary consent regime in place (TPR). The EU and UK has enacted legislation which allows companies who want to continue to operate in the UK to do so for three years after the Brexit date. Hagelunie will take full advantage of this legislation.
We will continue to serve and help develop the UK glasshouse industry together, as we have done for the past 22 years. During this period, Hagelunie will consider an application for a Part4A permission. This is a requirement under the Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA). This license will enable Hagelunie to operate in the UK after the three-year TPR period and into the long term. We live in exciting and challenging times for global horticulture. We especially see substantial investment in the UK. Hagelunie wants to be involved for the long game.
